It is illegal to drive a vehicle in Wyoming without insurance. You will be charged with a misdemeanor if you are caught driving without car insurance. You will also pay the fine of $250 to $750 and might even have to spend a few days in jail. That is just for the first offense. The second and succeeding offense carries stiffer penalties.
